1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and Tiziano Russillo, Attilastraße 87e, 12247 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) via the online platform available at [startyoursystem.com].
These Terms apply regardless of whether the purchase is made from Germany, the EU or internationally.
2. Subject of the Contract
The Provider offers digital products, including but not limited to:
Business templates
Online guides
Downloadable resources (PDFs, worksheets, scripts, etc.)
Pre-built business systems
All products are delivered digitally and are intended for informational, educational, and internal business use only. No physical goods are shipped.
In addition, the provider offers organizational support services for visa applications.
These services exclusively comprise administrative and preparatory activities such as document organization, appointment support, communication with language schools, or referral to service partners. No legal advice or representation before authorities is provided.
3. Contract Formation
By clicking the “Buy Now” or equivalent button, the Customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract for the selected digital product. The contract is formed when the Provider confirms the order or provides access to the digital content.
The Provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating a reason.
4. No Affiliation With Third-Party Brands
Our products may reference third-party platforms and companies (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, Meta, etc.).
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these entities. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
The use of these names in our content serves educational purposes only, such as explaining how those platforms function.
5. Usage Rights and Copyright
All digital content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Travos GmbH. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the content
Modify and publish as your own
Make the content available to third parties (e.g., via download links or cloud storage)
Violation will lead to legal consequences and claims for damages.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Provider does not guarantee any specific results, sales, income, or business success.
The effectiveness of any strategy depends on the Customer’s individual implementation, market factors, and commitment.
All content is intended as a tool to support and accelerate business setup, not a promise of guaranteed success.
The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their results.
For services related to visa applications, the provider does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or other decisions by authorities or embassies. All decisions are made exclusively by the competent government agencies.
7. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT if applicable.
Accepted payment methods include:
PayPal
Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Klarna (Sofortüberweisung, invoice, etc.)
The Provider uses third-party payment processors. The Customer agrees to the respective terms of these services.
8. Access and Delivery
After successful payment, the Customer will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product via:
Direct download
Email delivery
Member area login (if applicable)
The delivery is considered fulfilled as soon as the digital content is accessible.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
According to § 356 (5) BGB and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive:
The Customer’s right of withdrawal expires as soon as the digital product is delivered, provided the Customer:
– has explicitly agreed to early delivery, and
– has acknowledged that this voids the statutory right of withdrawal.
The Provider will collect this confirmation before granting access to the digital product.
In the case of services providing organizational support for visa applications, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the provider has begun to perform the service (e.g., by reviewing documents, communicating with service providers, or preparing appointments), provided that the customer has expressly agreed to this.
10. Limitation of Liability
The provider cannot be held liable for:
Indirect damage or consequential damage
Financial losses due to business decisions
Platform bans, rejections, or penalties by third-party services (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
Decisions, delays, or rejections by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other government agencies in connection with visa applications
The liability of the website operator is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. In no case shall the total liability exceed the price paid for the product.
The provider does not provide legal advice. All support services for visa applications are provided exclusively on an organizational basis and without legal assessment.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees:
To provide accurate information during checkout
Not to abuse or resell purchased content
To comply with all applicable laws in their country when using the content
If access is granted through a member area, the Customer must keep login data secure and not share it.
12. Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013:

The owner of this website is not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Gerichtsstand ist Berlin, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, so bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt.
Der Anbieter führt keine Rechtsberatung durch. Sämtliche Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Visa-Anträgen dienen ausschließlich der organisatorischen Unterstützung, ohne rechtliche Prüfung oder Vertretung gegenüber Behörden.
