Withdrawal Policy
1. Scope of Withdrawal Rights
This withdrawal policy applies exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Customers residing outside the EU (e.g. in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, etc.) are not entitled to this statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise granted voluntarily by Travos GmbH.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Tiziano Russillo, Attilastraße 87e, 12247 Berlin, Germany, email: support@startyoursystem.com) of your decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement (e.g. by email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Access to the digital product will be revoked as soon as the withdrawal is processed.
4. Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
the performance of the contract (i.e., access to the digital product) has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with your express consent, and
you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the content has begun.
Travos GmbH will obtain your express consent and acknowledgment during the checkout process, before granting access to any digital content.
