Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the affiliate program of StartYourSystem (see legal notice).

1. Subject of the Agreement

These conditions govern participation in the affiliate program of StartYourSystem. By participating, the affiliate promotes the provider’s products and services at their own responsibility and receives a commission for each successful sale.

2. Eligibility

Participation is permitted for individuals of legal age and legally competent entities. The provider reserves the right to reject registrations or deactivate existing accounts at any time without giving reasons.

3. Obligations of the Affiliate

The affiliate agrees to provide truthful information, use only approved advertising materials, avoid misleading advertising, and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Commission and Payment

Commission is paid only for successfully completed, paid, and not canceled sales. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of the month to the account specified by the affiliate. The affiliate is responsible for providing correct payment details.

5. Tax Responsibility

The affiliate is solely responsible for properly reporting and paying taxes on their earnings. The provider does not deduct any taxes or charges and accepts no liability for the tax treatment of commissions.

6. Liability and Indemnification

The provider is not liable for lost income or damages incurred by the affiliate. The affiliate shall indemnify the provider against claims from third parties resulting from violations of these terms.

7. Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate participation at any time. In the event of violations, the provider may suspend the account and withhold commissions.

8. Changes to the Terms

The provider may change these terms at any time. Changes are deemed accepted unless the affiliate objects within 14 days of notification.

9. Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
